Which services do you offer?

Can I utilize these services if I do not have diabetes?

Yes. If you are interested in weight management and exercise programming for overall wellness, these services are for you. 

Do you offer services where I live?

Services are provided to individuals nationwide via Zoom (video chat platform). 

Do these services take the place of seeing my physician?

No. Chronic conditions are best managed by a comprehensive team of healthcare professionals.

How do I get started?

Contact me by phone or email to schedule a free 20-minute initial consultation. During the consultation we will talk about your individual needs and goals, and I will answer any questions you have about the services. I will also explain the appointment scheduling process and fee structure. 

What is the duration of a session?

You may schedule a 30-minute or 60-minute session or multiple sessions. 

How many sessions are recommended?

The frequency and number of sessions are flexible. If multiple sessions are desired, there is a package deal with a 10% cost savings.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Manage Move Thrive is not contracted with any insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service. Depending on your insurance company, you may be able to pay for the services with a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA). It is your responsibility to verify FSA/HSA eligibility.

What is the payment process?
